var olt_dedifaq='\
Q. What is your response time for a server reboot?<BR>\
A. We supply web and telnet access to an APC MasterSwitch so that clients \
can initiate their own reboots without having to contact us.<BR><BR>\
Q. If I have multiple servers is my traffic between servers counted \
as part of my data transfer usage?<BR>\
A. Yes, the solution is for servers to have dual ethernets, either \
connected together using a crossover ethernet cable, or private switch \
VLAN.<BR><BR>\
Q. Do you provide any firewalling?<BR>\
A. We can provide dedicated hardware firewalling as a cost option, and \
we can also advise on and configure server based operating system level \
firewalling.<BR><BR>\
Q. Do you provide backups?<BR>\
A. No backups are provided as standard, we normally recommend a server \
has dual disks and daily/weekly replication of data between them (we can \
provide a script to do this). We are looking at adding a NAS disk storage \
service in the future as a cost option.<BR><BR>\
Q. What operating systems can you provide?<BR>\
A. We can provide Redhat, Debian, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Solaris, others \
may be available upon request. Commercial operating system such as MS \
Windows can be installed if the customer supplies appropriate media and \
licences.<BR><BR>\
Q. Do you permit physical access to rented servers?<BR>\
A. No, as we maintain the hardware there is no need for customers to \
require on-site access to the hardware.<BR><BR>\
