Our hosting services first launched in 2002 as part of the Xensia brand, and in early 2004 relaunched under the Rack Sense brand.

Our guiding principles are a professional yet friendly business approach, reliability and stability, combined with a high level of technical expertise and quality service and support.

The founders of Rack Sense have amassed over 10 years of experience with internet technologies, hosting, networks and UNIX based systems.

Previous positions at some of the UK's largest ISP's (Internet Service Providers) has gained an invaluable amount of knowledge and expertise. Latterly applying this experience helping a startup software company scale its corporate UNIX IT networks through a period of rapid growth and expansion during the 'dot com' boom. This has provided a rounded view of both the aspects of internet services and the operational needs of business.

Our expertise is now being focused on developing the Rack Sense hosting services architecture and managing technical projects on behalf of our clients. We are privately funded and 100% owned by the management team, without any external controlling interests, leaving us free to focus on our business goals.

We are backed up by a number of experienced engineers also with backgrounds in ISP environments, in both the systems and networking fields, having an additional combined experience of over 10 years.
